The Georgian National Agency of Public Registry has recently sold more than 40 state-owned properties in 2024.
Among the most expensive properties sold this year is a 65,402 sq.m. land located in Tbilisi on Sarajishvili Street, purchased by developer company "Ionfash Georgeam" for 34.2 million GEL.
Another prime property in Tbilisi is a 3,299 sq.m. land on Ketevan Dedoflis Street, bought for 6.5 million GEL by "Tibini Development." The third-place property is a 28,050 sq.m. land in the municipality of Mtskheta, Sofeli Village, sold for 3,035,000 GEL by "Novolend."
