Metal Eden, the upcoming title from Ruiner developer Reikon Games, is set to launch in the coming weeks. A new gameplay trailer was recently showcased at the Future Games Show Spring Showcase, giving players a glimpse of what to expect. For those eager to get their hands on the game early, a free demo will be available on April 8th. The demo will include Mission 0 and Mission 1 of the main game, allowing players to familiarize themselves with the mechanics and gameplay. Mission 0 will introduce players to the android protagonist ASKA and her mission, while Mission 1 will focus on Body Modules and Weapon Upgrades, essential for survival in the game. While the initial fights may not be too difficult, they will progressively increase in intensity, requiring players to adapt and strategize to succeed. The demo will remain accessible even after the game's official launch on May 6th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Players can also check out more extensive gameplay footage to get a better sense of what Metal Eden has to offer. The Gatling Gun, ASKA's strongest weapon and one of eight available options, is highlighted in the trailer as a powerful tool for players to wield in combat.
