Team Ninja announced today that Ninja Gaiden 2 Black will be getting an update next month to address the game’s balance and introduce new features. The update comes after the release of a version 1.0.6.0 patch for the game, which fixed an issue where the options for DLSS and XeSS were not appearing on the PC version.
“Based on the feedback received, we are preparing a patch aimed for release in mid-February with some balance adjustments and additional features,” Team Ninja stated.
Ninja Gaiden 2 Black is a modern remaster of the 2008 Xbox 360 game and was a surprise release last week, coinciding with the announcement of Ninja Gaiden 4 being in development.
Team Ninja also released a patch for the Microsoft Store version of the game, fixing an issue where super-resolution couldn’t be selected. More details about the patch can be found on their website.
