Akshay Kumar is currently busy shooting his next horror comedy film Bhooth Bangla in Jaipur. He along with Paresh Rawal has been sharing a lot of updates from the sets. And today both are seen flying kites on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti. The actor shared the video on his social handle and also wished fans.
In the video, shared on Akshay’s Instagram handle, we can see the actor and Paresh flying a kite. Both are enjoying it and also having a fun time. “Celebrating the vibrant spirit of Makar Sankranti on the set of #BhoothBangla with my dear friend @pareshrawalofficial! Here’s to laughter, good vibes, and soaring high just like the kites! And sending my best wishes for a joyous Pongal, Uttarayan and Bihu.” Many fans dropped heart emojis. One of the fans wrote, “Waiting aap Dono Ko sath me dekhne kaa.” Another wrote, “Finally watching them after a long time.”

Recently, Paresh Rawal shared a behind-the-scenes picture with Akshay Kumar from the film’s set, sparking buzz among fans. The monochrome shot features Akshay, who is seen soaking up the winter sun shirtless, arms raised and eyes closed, while Paresh sits beside him in traditional Indian attire. Paresh Rawal shared the picture on X and wrote, “A Shining star enjoying Winter Sun at Jaipur with Mr FIT @akshaykumar on the shoot of BHOOT BANGLA!” Reacting to the picture, the Kesari actor said, “It is an amazing day on set…good weather and great company.”
The Jaipur schedule is expected to include multiple outdoor shots in the city’s prominent locations, providing a rich cultural backdrop for the film.
Bhooth Bangla promises to be the perfect blend of thrills and comedy, as the film delves into the haunted house genre with a comedic twist. The film also features Rajpal Yadav. Backed by Ektaa Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, Bhooth Bangla will be hitting the theatres in April 2026.
Akshay, Paresh, and director Priyadarshan have previously collaborated on films like Phir Hera Pheri, De Dana Dan, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Garam Masala, and Bhagam Bhag.
