Actress Halle Berry opens up about her decision to take legal action
In a recent turn of events, actress Halle Berry has filed a restraining order against her ex-partner, known as DDG. Halle revealed that she has been subjected to "threats and hate on social media" due to DDG's actions.
According to Halle, DDG has been badmouthing her to his millions of fans on YouTube and Twitch, leading to a toxic environment for her online. Despite her efforts to avoid legal action, Halle stated that she can no longer tolerate the abuse and harassment she has been facing.
"I have done everything possible to avoid going to Court," Halle shared. "I have tried to placate Darryl by providing him access to Halo, even though he is not with Halo and often leaves Halo with his Mother."
E! News has reached out to representatives for both Halle and DDG for comment but has not received a response as of yet.
In a previous incident in March, DDG publicly accused Halle of preventing him from seeing their child, adding to the ongoing legal battle between the two.
