Holly Madison, the former Girls Next Door star, recently opened up about her sex life with Playboy magazine founder Hugh Hefner. During an appearance on the In Your Dreams podcast on May 2, Madison revealed that while group sex was "disgusting," her one-on-one time with Hefner was "a very different story."

"Everybody else in the room, no. That was disgusting. I hated it. I made it very known I hated it," Madison said about group sex encounters at the Playboy Mansion during her relationship with Hefner from 2001 to 2008.

Madison, 45, shared that the 53-year age gap between her and Hefner did not affect their intimate moments. She mentioned that when it was just the two of them, it was much more normal than people would expect.

Despite the age gap, Madison emphasized that their private time together was enjoyable and not affected by external opinions. She also joked about comments on social media regarding Hefner's age.

Madison's revelations shed light on her experiences at the Playboy Mansion, where she felt pressured to participate in group scenarios with other women. She has previously spoken out about the unique dynamics of her relationship with Hefner.

During her conversation with PEOPLE about her true crime series Lethally Blonde, Madison shared some of the strangest things she witnessed at the Playboy Mansion, including trays stocked with various items in every corner of the estate.

"My experiences that played with the negative parts of it are more related to the relationship and the relationship dynamics, both with Hef and some of the other girls," Madison said. "I 100 percent enjoyed posing for the magazine. I was always a fan of the pictorials."
