The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday’s lottery drawing has increased to an estimated $303 million with a cash option of $132.8 million.

The drawing will be held at 10:59 p.m. and televised on WABC-7 in New York City and Fox 29 in Philadelphia. NJ.com will publish the winning numbers immediately following the conclusion of the drawing.

While no one across the country hit Monday’s $285 million jackpot, a second-prize, $1 million ticket was sold in Virginia. It matched five numbers but not the Powerball.

In New Jersey, a $50,000 third-prize ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven on Lafayette Avenue in Edison, Middlesex County, lottery officials said.

Monday’s winning numbers were: 4, 6, 16, 39 and 66. The Powerball drawn was 9 with a Power Play of 2x.

In addition, no one won Monday’s secondary, $10 million Double Play drawing. Those winning numbers were: 29, 30, 32, 37 and 56. The Double Play number drawn was 18.

The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are 292,201,388 to 1. A player who buys a $2 ticket has about a 1 in 11,688,053 chance to match five numbers and win at least $1 million, while the odds are 913,129 to 1 to win a third prize of at least $50,000.

Powerball drawings are held each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot is worth an estimated $113 million with a cash option of $49.2 million.
