The Internet is hailing a 65-year-old man from Muzaffarnagar as the modern-day Shravan Kumar after he set out with his 92-year-old mother on a bullock cart to take her for a holy dip at the Maha Kumbh Mela. What makes this particularly special is that he is the one pulling the cart himself. A video of the heartwarming moment has gone viral, leaving many people deeply moved.
Chaudhary Sudesh Pal Malik, whose knees were reportedly damaged 25 years ago, faced great difficulty in walking. However, with the blessings of his mother, his condition improved. To repay his gratitude, he made the decision to take her to the Kumbh for a holy bath.
Reports suggest that Malik will take 13 days to reach Prayagraj from Muzaffarnagar.
