We are calling on President Tinubu to urgently intervene in the situation in Benue State and help bring an end to the senseless violence that has plagued our communities. The loss of lives and destruction of property cannot continue unchecked. We need the support and intervention of the federal government to restore peace and security in our state. The recent abduction of a policeman and a vigilante, as well as the continued attacks on innocent farmers, are clear indications that the situation is escalating. We cannot afford to wait for more lives to be lost before taking decisive action. I urge President Tinubu to use his influence and resources to bring an end to the violence in Benue State. The people of Turan, Ikyurav-Ya, and other affected communities are suffering, and we need immediate intervention to prevent further bloodshed. We cannot allow the perpetrators of these heinous acts to continue terrorizing our communities. It is time for the federal government to step in and ensure that peace and security are restored in Benue State. President Tinubu, we are counting on your support to help us overcome this crisis."
