Research Shows Meditation Can Improve Overall Well-being
A new study published in the Journal of Psychiatry and Neuroscience has found that regular meditation can have significant benefits for mental health. The study, conducted over a period of two years, followed a group of participants who practiced daily meditation.
The results showed a marked improvement in participants' overall well-being, with reduced levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. Those who meditated regularly also reported better sleep quality and increased feelings of calm and relaxation.
