Research shows the positive impact of meditation on stress and anxiety

A recent study published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology has shed light on the numerous benefits of meditation for mental health. The research, conducted over a span of two years, focused on the effects of daily meditation on individuals suffering from stress and anxiety.

The study found that participants who practiced meditation for at least 10 minutes a day reported a significant decrease in their stress levels. Furthermore, those who meditated regularly also experienced a reduction in anxiety symptoms and an overall improvement in their emotional well-being.
