A recent study conducted by psychologists at Harvard University has revealed the numerous benefits of meditation for mental health. According to the findings, individuals who practice meditation regularly experience reduced stress, anxiety, and depression levels, leading to improved overall well-being.
The study, which involved over 500 participants, found that those who engaged in mindfulness meditation for at least 20 minutes a day reported feeling more calm and centered throughout the day. Additionally, participants noted better concentration and increased productivity in their daily tasks.
