Research shows how meditation can positively impact mental well-being
A new study published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology has shed light on the numerous benefits of meditation for mental health. The research, conducted over a span of two years, involved over 500 participants who practiced various forms of meditation.
The findings revealed that regular meditation practice led to a significant decrease in symptoms of anxiety and depression among the participants. Those who meditated for at least 10 minutes a day reported feeling more calm, focused, and emotionally stable.
