Research highlights the connection between screen time and well-being

A recent study conducted by experts in psychology and technology has shed light on the relationship between technology usage and mental health. The study, published in the Journal of Psychology, analyzed data from over 1,000 participants and found that excessive screen time can have a negative impact on one's well-being.

The researchers observed that individuals who spent more than 4 hours a day on their devices reported higher levels of stress and anxiety. This correlation was particularly strong among younger participants, suggesting that the effects of technology on mental health may be more pronounced in the digital-native generation.
