Prime Minister Modi and Cabinet Colleagues Attend Day-long Meeting
New Delhi, May 24 (PTI) - The NDA chief ministers and deputy CMs have gathered in New Delhi for a day-long conclave that commenced on Sunday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with his senior Cabinet colleagues, is in attendance at the event. Operation Sindoor, caste enumeration, and good governance issues are among the topics on the agenda for the meeting, as announced by the BJP, the organizers of the program.
The meeting will see the passing of resolutions to congratulate the armed forces and PM Modi for the success of Operation Sindoor, as well as to commend the Central government for its decision to conduct caste enumeration in the upcoming census. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, the in-charge of the BJP's good governance department, shared these details with the media.
"A significant part of deliberations at this conclave will be devoted to best practices by different NDA state governments. Respective state CMs will be making presentations on their initiatives," Sahasrabuddhe stated.
The leaders will also discuss forthcoming events such as the first anniversary of the Modi government in its third term, a decade of International Yoga Day, and the 50th anniversary of Emergency.
