Taegan Goddard is a trailblazer in the world of political websites, having founded Political Wire, one of the earliest and most influential political web platforms. Alongside Political Wire, he also manages Political Job Hunt, Electoral Vote Map, and the Political Dictionary.
With over a decade of experience as the managing director and chief operating officer of a prestigious investment firm in New York City, Goddard brings a wealth of knowledge to the political arena. Prior to this, he served as a policy adviser to a U.S. Senator and Governor.
Goddard is also recognized as the co-author of the critically acclaimed book "You Won - Now What?" (Scribner, 1998), a political management guide praised by journalists and politicians from various political backgrounds. His insightful essays on politics and public policy have been featured in numerous newspapers nationwide.
Having obtained degrees from Vassar College and Harvard University, Goddard is well-versed in the political landscape. He currently resides in New York with his wife and three sons, where he oversees Goddard Media LLC.
